Same-day in most of our service area when you book before noon, including summer weekends. Maintenance members go to the front of the schedule. You'll get a real arrival window, not an all-day one.
Yes. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day. When something can't wait, call (512) 537-1234 and we'll get a technician headed your way, nights and weekends included. Maintenance members never pay overtime or after-hours charges.
For heating and air repairs, the service visit is $65 Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm, and it's waived with any repair. Plumbing and electrical diagnostics are free. You'll always have a fixed written price before any work begins.
Yes. AiRCO holds its own licenses in all three, so one team can handle each job, or coordinate a whole project, instead of you juggling three contractors and three schedules.
Yes, both tank and tankless. If a repair will genuinely fix it, that's what we'll recommend. If replacement makes more sense, you'll get a fixed written price and the honest reasoning either way.
Yes. Panel upgrades, surge protection, EV chargers, and lighting are everyday work for our electricians, and we take care of the permits.
Yes, we repair and maintain every major brand. For new installations we carry Daikin, Lennox, Bryant, and Carrier, and we'll recommend the one that fits your home and budget best.
Yes. Every AiRCO technician is registered, background-checked, and drug-tested, and works directly for AiRCO under our own state licenses. The person in your home is one of ours, trained to our standards and accountable to us.
Yes. Financing on approved credit is available for new system installations and for larger plumbing and electrical projects. You'll see the options in writing alongside your fixed quote, so you can compare them calmly before deciding anything.
Twice a year: cooling in the spring, heating in the fall. Texas summers are hard on equipment, and a seasonal tune-up catches small problems before they become July breakdowns. Our maintenance membership handles both visits automatically.
